Student Life

The ISMS School of Medicine is an integral part of a vibrant university community that offers a remarkable array of intellectual, cultural and recreational opportunities. The School's body of graduate students and its distinguished faculty enjoy a spirit of creative collaboration that promotes outstanding academic and professional achievement.

Volunteerism is also an important part of ISMS life, and many students seek or create service opportunities outside the campus to address the needs of local communities.

Our School has many key partners, with whom we develop and present challenging opportunities.  The hospital and clinics associated with ISMS provide unparalleled opportunities in clinical patient care while physician-scholars undertake scientific investigation in some of the country’s top graduate research programs.

For information on the variety of recreational opportunities in the area, please see the section About Us. Location: Panama.
