The San Blas Islands of Panamá

 The Archipelago of San Blas, composed of 365 Islands, Keys of which 49 are not inhabited.

They are located on the North Coast of the Isthmus of Panama and to the East of the Panama Canal.                                                                          They are part of the Guna Yala Region, (formerly Kuna Yala), in the Caribbean Sea of the Republic of Panama. Were the Kuna Indians has been for thousand of years. They are the predominant habitants of the Archipelago, that is under their control through a Treaty with the Republic of Panama.    The entire area of San Blas is a Paradise for Ecotourism, due to its preservation and reserve.                                                                        Its pristine waters are suitable for diving, sailing, its beauty is not compromised by any Hurricane since the Republic of Panama is protected by South America and causes Hurricanes from Africa to divert to the Caribbean and the Gulf of Mexico.
